About Jaipur airport

Jaipur International Airport is situated in the suburbs of Rajasthan. The place is known as Sanganer and is about 7-10 km from Jaipur. The airport has two terminals. The Terminal 1 is 10 km from the main city and hosts both domestic and international flights. On the other hand the terminal 2 is 7 km from the main city and hosts only domestic flights. It is the only international airport in Rajasthan and hence is well connected to all the major cities of India. It started off as a domestic airport. However, it gained the status of International airport in 2005 and ever since has been facilitating international flights. The Airport can house 14 A320 aircrafts and provide linkages to states like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Udaipur, Bangalore and Ahmedabad. On the inside, the airport is Wi-Fi facilitated with lounges to relax before boarding.
