The summer season starts in early April and lasts till July. The temperature rises to an average of 30oC during this time. The city experiences monsoon showers in August and September with frequent thunderstorms. 650 mm of rainfall is measured in the city every year. The month of October has the most favorable weather. Winter arrives on the start of November and lasts till February. Temperature ranges in between 5-15oC during this time. Though there are no traces of humidity in winters, the city dominated by the dense fog in mornings and evenings. The freezing seasonal temperature is complimented by the blowing cold waves.
