The city buses running in Jaipur functions under Jaipur City Transport Services Limited of Rajasthan State Roadways Transport Corporation. Rajasthan State Roadways provide convenient mode of public transport in the city. The city buses are divided into regular and low-floor buses. The bus stands are located in Vaishali Nagar, Vidyadhar Nagar and Sanganer respectively. There are AC and non-AC buses too connecting Jaipur to the nearby cities and towns.
You may also hire private taxis and cabs to travel in the city’s vicinity. They can be easily booked through various travel agents in the state. Exploring the city in these cabs is most convenient as you will be charged according to the distance covered.
